In either its short or full form, this term refers to the central open green space on which Denny Chimes is located. It is bordered by Sixth Avenue, Capstone Drive, Colonial Drive, and University Boulevard. See also Woods Quad. quotation marks Periods and commas belong inside quotation marks, even when the quotation ends a sentence or consists of a single word. Semicolons and colons always fall outside quotation marks; if the quoted passage ends with a colon or semicolon, drop it. Question marks and exclamation points should be placed inside the quotation marks only if part of the quoted matter. Use single quotation marks for a quotation within a quotation. Gary said, "She wanted to 'be happy' with her choices."
